We have our own computing centre based on an eight-processor computer cluster. It is used for both strength analyses and fluid mechanics purposes. The computing capacity of the cluster allows us to accept jobs requiring computations relating to highly demanding non-linear issues and fluid mechanics.
We also work with the TASK computing centre, which supports us in the case of projects that require a much larger computing capacity, by providing us with access to its computer cluster called HOLK, with its theoretical computing capacity estimated at 3225 GFlops. The computing capacity used depends on the needs of the project.
With unlimited equipment, we are able to accept projects requiring very large computational models in the areas of non-linear modelling (e.g. creep or contact) as well as in the area of fluid mechanics.
